The North East Martial Arts Institute offers a variety of classes to fit any person’s budget or personal goal.
We offer Childrens and Adult education classes in Martial Arts.
Classes in Jeet Kune Do, Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Capoeira are offered.

We here at NEMAI believe that the opportunity to train in several Martial Arts systems under Certified Instruction is the safest and most motivating thing a person can do.
When you entering into a program you will receive and gain the following; training, certified instruction, individual attention, fat lose, muscle gain, respect, self awareness, speed, focus, timing, flexibility, power, enjoyment, and most of all yourself!
These classes will be held Monday though Thursday evenings at the North East Martial Arts Institute, located at 241 McLean Road in Cortland, New York.
